What is included in Trial vs Pro vs Business?
Trial gives you 7 days free with 1 social account and 5 AI-generated posts — enough to explore Knuckle AI with no credit card. You can review and edit drafts, but publishing requires a paid plan. Pro unlocks 3 social accounts, 30 AI posts per month, autonomous scheduling, advanced analytics, and publishing to connected accounts. Business adds 10 accounts, unlimited AI posts, team invites, up to 5 workspaces, and priority support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
You can upgrade from Trial to Pro or from Pro to Business at any time from your Billing settings. Downgrades and self-service cancellation are not currently supported. When a trial or subscription lapses, your workspace becomes read-only — you can still view your brand voice and draft history.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card is required to register and start your 7-day trial. Paid plans are billed monthly when you choose to upgrade.
Which platforms are supported?
You can connect and publish to supported social platforms today. Additional platforms are on the roadmap — you can generate drafts for multiple channels, but live publishing is limited to currently supported integrations.
How much time does this actually take?
Most owners spend a few minutes each morning reviewing drafts in the Content Queue. Creating captions, designing graphics, and scheduling is handled for you.
