Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Knuckle AI, operated by Knuckle AI Systems Inc.. By registering for an account, accepting a workspace invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Knuckle AI is an AI-assisted social media management workspace for small and medium businesses. The platform helps you define your brand voice, generate content strategies and post drafts, review and approve content, connect social accounts, and publish to supported platforms.

AI-generated content is provided as drafts for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Each workspace is tied to an owner. Team member invitations are available on eligible paid plans. You may not share accounts in a way that circumvents plan limits or violates these Terms.

Knuckle AI offers Trial, Pro, and Business plans with different feature limits. Plan details, including social account limits, AI post quotas, and publishing capabilities, are described on our pricing page and in your billing settings.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in your selected currency. By upgrading, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription ends.

Upgrades from Trial to Pro or from Pro to Business are available through your Billing settings. Self-service downgrades and cancellations are not currently supported through the product interface.

If a payment fails or your subscription is disabled, access may revert to read-only until payment is restored.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below within 14 days of the charge.

You agree not to:

Knuckle AI Systems Inc. owns the Knuckle AI platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you provide (brand materials, website data, and approved posts). You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate and improve the service, including generating drafts and publishing on your behalf when authorized.

Connecting social accounts is subject to those platforms' terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, API changes, or content removal.

Some integrations may be listed as coming soon. Only capabilities actively available in the product are guaranteed.

Knuckle AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business results, engagement growth, or uninterrupted service. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are solely responsible for reviewing content before approval and publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knuckle AI Systems Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Knuckle AI Systems Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Knuckle AI Systems Inc. is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
